Total rent is Three hundred fifty Aud/week including all bills. Available from last week of March.

I'm looking for a female flatmate to share a spacious two bedroom apartment in Granville. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Granville station, making it super convenient for commuting.

Opposite this building: Woolies metro, Anytime Fitness Gym, a Thai food place, fried chicken shop, an excellent bakery, nail saloon, bottle shop, pharmacy, a meat shop (all in one building!)

The room available is available with a double bed frame + Mattress. If you want it removed, I'll remove it.

You'll have your own bathroom (outside the bedroom) and a lovely attached balcony with a beautiful view — it's the perfect spot to relax 😊

The apartment comes with great amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, vacuum cleaner, and oven. Utilities (electricity, gas, water) included in rent.

Two week Bond + one week rent needs to be paid before moving in

Notice:
1 month notice is required before moving out.

We’ll start with a 3-month contract, and if we’re a good fit, we can extend it.

Parking fee is not included in rent
