I am looking for a roommate in Aurora, CO, in a spacious bath condo located near the Cherry Creek Reservoir beginning of June.

Fun stuff:
The unit is on the second floor. There is a loft that would be shared for either a creative space/office space or whatever else! Both of us would have our own bathroom. My negotiation to keep the master bedroom would be that you would get the garage full-time. The living room is already fully furnished, but I’m happy to remove anything if you’d like to add things! The townhome is close to the Cherry Creek Reservoir, about minutes from DTC and Anschutz campus.
The neighborhood is very quiet - everyone keeps to themselves. I’ve never felt unsafe here or had stolen packages.

About me:
I’m a pretty clean and organized person. I like to have family over for the holidays, but nothing too crazy. I usually only have friends over at a time. I'm not really a loud person unless I’m yapping it up on the phone, in which case, please tell me if I’m being too loud! I’d love to grab coffee or something to chat more if you have questions!
