We want $ for the rent and it is a room with its own bathroom.. your rent covers the room with its own private bathroom, we have a nearly sqft house and plenty of room. Yes it’s a family home we have a room for rent. We have a kitchen with a restaurant sized fridge and freezer. Rent also covers internet/wifi, single people only! We don’t want to with couples. Couples fight and my husband and my room is right across from ours. Rent includes the room with its own bathroom, electricity and water. I have a restaurant sized fridge and restaurant sized freezer. We are a family household, our house is sqft. Big! Plenty plenty of space!!!! Only serious inquiries please the cost my location. All that is listed st Ave. and Olive are my cross Streets. Before you message and tell me the price is too much you get your own personal bathroom inside of your room. You don’t gotta step out in your robe. You don’t gotta do any of that cause your shower and bathroom are in your room, you essentially have a master bedroom, but not the master bedroom. Our house is a three master bedroom house. You are for convenience no stress about parking and you don’t gotta worry about what bills are higher than the others every month. It’s a flat rate price if you want more convenient than that apartment might be it, but we all know parking is a we can fit 9 cars comfortably in our driveway! if we want to push it. We also have ducks and chickens.
