Room For Rent In 4 Story Townhome

Description

This room is on the first floor of a 4 story townhome. This gives it easy access to go in and out and also gives privacy from your roommate on the 3rd floor. The house is usually very clean and i’d like to keep it that way. Kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor, rooftop with hottub is 4th floor. I’m friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. I work from home but also leave for field work. On Occassions i have friends over. Looking for someone respectful, clean and easy going.
