Single male looking for a private room and bath in a good area that’s close to transportation and shops. Preferably a basement with private entrance but not a deal breaker as long as the location is right. Extremely easy going, I smoke but no problem smoking outside or on the balcony. great with dogs but I’m allergic to cats. I’m super clean and tidy with a great personality.
