Looking for lease takeover

Hi I’m looking for someone to take a over a lease for spring semester right off of south campus at montrose ave. Rent + utilities is $ a month and the lease is until the end of may. There are already 2 male roommates living in their own rooms, currently looking for someone to take the third room. House has a washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher and a fully furnished living space. Message me for more details.
