Roommate wanted for home in Durango

ISO roommate. I'm a year-old male, I work in mental health in town and I would like to find a roommate to rent an office and room in my house. Ideally you are a well kept professional that does remote work or needs office space. No pets, Sorry. I have an old dog and he has anxiety and is afraid of the washing machine, and other dogs. He has lived with other dogs and a cat before, but I am just not wanting to deal with it if it is a hassle or adjustment for my old baby boy. The property is on 5 acres. There is an apple orchard, plum orchard, peach, and apricot trees. miles from the national forest, minutes to the lake, and plenty of places to bike.
