I also have a single private bedroom as well for different price . Quiet safe neighborhood close to shopping centers, Victoria Gardens and freeway. Ideal for working professionals and students. I do require a deposit and all adult will split the utilities cost equally. We have a community pool and jacuzzi and you will have access to the kitchen and washer and dryer in the home.
