3 other male roommates ( yr olds), sq ft house, office, patio + grass backyard, detached 3 car garage + 4 extra parking spots, fully accessorized garage gym, pizza oven, in house laundry.

We’re younger guys, but best friends all on our own grinds looking for someone who’s clean, reliable, and on their own grind to join the mix!

We know how to have fun, but we’re not a frat house. We love hosting hangouts, but more out of the party phase than in it. We’re not allowed to have pets unfortunately, so that would be a dealbreaker.
