The room is located on West One-Hundred Fortieth Street between Broadway and Riverside Drive in the neighborhood known as Hamilton Heights.

The nearest subway station is just a few minutes walk from One-Hundred Thirty-Seventh Street, which is the City College Subway Station. By subway, it is fifteen to twenty minutes to Forty-Second Street's Times Square and thirty minutes to Fourteenth Street's Union Square.

Fyi, the apartment is also within walking distance of many restaurants and fast-food eateries. It's near several local neighborhood bars and three nearby Grocery Markets which are all within walking distance.

Btw, Riverbank State Park, another minute walk from the apartment, has an ice skating rink that transitions into a roller skating rink in the warmer months. From the front of the apartment building, you can see the rink in the park at the end of the street.

There is also an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool as well as an outdoor swimming pool.

The park also provides indoor and outdoor basketball courts, running tracks, soccer courts, tennis courts, and a gym for weight training, all just minutes away from the apartment.
