Looking for a roommate!

Hello, me and my husband are currently looking for a roommate. I am currently in nursing school and we have a extra bedroom that we are wanting to rent out in order to help with bills and rent during school. I plan to graduate December of . We can either do a 6 month lease or a year. Rent is $ for the room, including all bills, there is two living rooms to which we could split if needed or share all. My husband and I are gamers so we also wouldn’t mind another gamer. We tend to keep to ourselves but wouldn’t mind an extrovert since we do host some get togethers on occasion with friends. We have a washer and dryer, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher you could use. We also have a treadmill, weights, boxing bag
and a bench/cage in our garage that you can use. We are open to having another couple move in with us since our last roommates were a couple or a singular person is also welcome. We would need our roommate to like or at least tolerate kids as we do have a 2 year old. We have a big yard with two small dogs that is separated into two at the moment so if you have pets we could keep them separate if needed. We also have a cat inside. You will have your own restroom also. Please reach out if interested, our current roommates will be moving out by the end of this month(December). Would be able to move in January.
