Looking to rent a house

Hey, I'm looking to rent a house with someone anywhere within a half hour radius of groveland fl. Students and couples welcomed. Looking to move in February as that's when my lease ends for my apartment. I love working on cars but my apartment is complaining about my project car as it sits on the property while I work on it. I'm fine with any pets but cats, I'm allergic to cats, looking for someone who doesn't smoke or vape preferably. Looking for someone or a couple who's chill but mature and hardworking. .
