I am looking for a new roommate to take over the other bedroom and private bath in my bath apt in southwest SJ, near Oakridge mall. This would be a new, twelve-month lease with me. Move-in date is flexible—mid-January or as late as mid-February. I work from home M-F, am tidy, personable, and respectful. You are welcome to bring a dog as well. I just ask that we do a couple temperament tests to ensure the dogs get along before committing to a lease• Covered parking is $Seventy/month additional; a dog is $Eighty/month.
