April will be the current tenants year old gay male, sober, works full time, avid baker, very easy going and friendly, neat freak with slob tendencies, and has a 4 year old Dachshund. He is super friendly and loves the spotlight. He does struggle when males enter the apartment so as long as he "clears" them for entry all is well.
