I am looking for a clean and respectful person to rent a shared bath apartment in Lyndale. Rent is $ a month for the bedroom and a second room that can be used as office space. There is a $ security deposit with lease signing. Rent includes water, and trash collection. Additional utilities (electricity, gas, and fiber optic internet) are normally around $/person. Located in the Lyndale neighborhood in South Minneapolis, the apartment is just a few blocks from Nicollet Avenue with easy access to I-. The building is close to major bus routes. We have additional storage for bikes and such in the basement and in-building coin-operated laundry. There is an off street parking spot in the back alley and limited on-street parking available for guests. Unfortunately, the building is not ADA / wheelchair accessible.

There will be space available for furniture you'd like to bring with you.

*Mandatory credit and background check through the company. They require monthly income above x rent

I am a clean, conscientious and quiet roommate. I value communication and compromise in my roommates, and I am intentional about giving the same. I am fully vaccinated and would like someone who is as well. You would be joining an LGBTQIA+ friendly household. I don't drink, smoke, or use drugs. I work as a patient care coordinator in an oral surgery practice. I enjoy video games, comics and hanging out with friends. I like to use the apartment as a place to relax at the end of my day. I host social gatherings occasionally and my partner stays over about once a week.
