Spring Bedroom Sublease - Epoch Clemson 4 Person Cottage

Hi, I am graduating in December and am looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring Semester of in my apartment at Epoch Clemson. It's a 4 person cottage, which I'd call a mini-house, with a communal quad and fireplace surrounded by other cottage quads in the Epoch development. It is a furnished room with a personal bathroom and large closet. See attached photos of quad, kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

Epoch is an approximate minute drive to campus with two operating shuttle buses that run back and forth to campus every minutes from PM Monday - Friday. Shuttles also drive downtown Thursday - Saturday between PM, making it livable for someone without a car.

Epoch is built right on Lake Hartwell and includes lots of amazing amenities, including 2 docks on the lake, paddleboard/kayak rentals, beautiful pool, volleyball & basketball courts, gym, study spaces, and community events. I've been living in this house for years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else during my time at Clemson. Also living with a great group of guys in this house, which is great for someone transferring/looking for new roommates.
