I have a sublease available for January-July , but you can move in as early as December. This would be a bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. You would have a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Additionally, this is on the top floor and a corner unit, so you won't have noisy neighbors above you, higher ceilings, and 2 windows (most units only have one). The apartment is walking distance to downtown and UT's campus. Rent is $, but I would be willing to pay your first 2 months rent ($/month if you rent starting December, $/month if you rent starting in January).
