A little about me: I’m a responsible, respectful, and clean tenant with excellent references from previous landlords, my current host, and even my ex-wife. I take pride in keeping my space (and the shared areas) tidy, and I don’t mind pitching in with chores like sweeping and doing dishes—even the ones that aren’t mine! I’m a quiet person but very comfortable in lively settings, as I work long hours and am mostly out during the day. I’m not looking for anything fancy, just a comfortable place to cut down my commute. I’m a bit older than the usual renter—think active, youthful spirit in a seasoned body! I’ve been a lifelong competitive athlete, fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, and have a deep love for music and culture.
