Hey, I’m moving from SF to the South Bay for work and am looking for a roommate who’s:

• Friendly, Open-Minded, Clean: Let’s create a laid-back, welcoming space together.

• Cat-Friendly: I have a cat, so being comfortable with pets is essential. She's microchipped, vaccinated, spayed and an Emotional Support Animal (ESA)

• Social Atmosphere: I enjoy hosting weekly get-togethers like poker nights, UFC viewings, and game nights to meet new people and build a local friend group. I don’t smoke or drink, but I’m open to roommates who do.

• Clean & Organized: I keep things tidy and split cleaning responsibilities. Looking for someone who’s neat and responsible.

About me: I work in tech, and spend my free time producing music and investing. I’m ambitious, friendly, outgoing, active in the gym. I also enjoy hiking, biking, movies, TV shows, and trying new restaurants.
