We are into gaming, tv, and skateboarding. There is a cat in the house who usually is in hiding or finding sunny spots by windows."

The neighborhood is quiet and just a few minutes to shopping, restaurants and minutes from downtown Grand Rapids.

***Room Features***
Private bedroom with closet and hardwood floors. Bright room in back of house. Unfurnished bedroom, furnished living room. One of 2 bedrooms on main floor with bathroom, kitchen and one living area on same floor.

***House Features***
3 bedroom house with basement. Basement has a second unfinished living area, workout room, and laundry area. All these areas are shared. There is a large, fenced backyard with a patio. There is a large garage with room for storage needs. Parking spot available on the property. House has central air, fully equipped shared kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer.

***Rent is $ each month. Refundable security deposit of $ is requested with first months rent. Utilities not (electric, gas, garbage service), split 3 ways with roommates. Current tenants have internet and would split the bill 3 ways if desired.

***No smoking in house. Dog or cat can be considered.
