Renting the Guest Room

Description

-Own bedroom, closet and bathroom
-Access to kitchen and living room
-$ security deposit
-$ background check
-Free parking for residents and guest
-Laundry unit is in the guest bathroom, therefore I would have access to the guest bathroom just to do laundry once a week.
-Must complete a roommate agreement form.
-Prefer a roommate to rent for at least 6 months.
-Split utility bill equally.

Move-in would be January and monthly payment would be the 1st day of every month.
