Searching for female roommate

Description

I am a year old professional interested in finding a good roommate to rent a bath apt with (budget ~$ pp). The areas of interest would be in a safe, and walkable part of Nassau county, or Queens (Kew Gardens, Mineola, glen cove, Jamaica estate, Astoria). Move in goal date is ~November 1st (could be later if all else align).

Few things that describe me: social introvert, humorous, Christian, non-smoking, no drugs, no pets, clean, respectful and considerate, work from home.

My ideal roommate is a like-minded female in her late 's to late 's, respectful and considerate as well. We can discuss all other preferences later.
