Hi all, I have a room available with a shared bathroom in a BA house in North Scottsdale, close to th and E Greenway Rd. I am the owner and it is available now.

Currently I and an recent UoA grad who is an accountant (Ben) live at the property. We are looking for an additional roommate. Price is: $ a month + shared utilities for each room.
Male roommate preferred as it is a shared bathroom. I will be taking the master bedroom with the private ensuite bathroom. You will be sharing the other bathroom with Ben.

I am generally away for work Sunday – Thursday in LA, so you’ll predominantly just be sharing the house with Ben.

Flexible on move-in date. (We are still furnishing the fireplace room next to the kitchen and have some art to add around the house)

A bit about me: From Australia. I'm laid back, regularly work out at the gym, yoga, hike, interested in aviation (PPL holder) and occasionally like to go out. Ben the other roommate is a recent UoA grad and is also relatively laid back, but likes to hit the gym and keep active.

I’m away for ~ weeks during Nov or Dec in Australia so you’ll have the entire house to yourselves during those weeks. If you are interested please message me here or on : Chr_Lamb
