Upstairs bedroom in great house

Looking for a quiet and respectful roommate. I live in a beautiful two story house in a very safe neighborhood. I’d prefer someone who works full time because I run a very small daycare from home. I have a mini goldendoodle who’s the sweetest boy in the world, but I do ask no other pets here. There will be a background check required.
