Summer sublease

Looking for someone to take over my lease at The min away from UCF). I’m moving because I’m traveling for summer. Private spacious room & private bathroom. The apartment / room is fully furnished with private tv in the room () & has a pool view. Rent is $ everything included (electricity, parking, gas, water…)

Looking for someone to move as soon as possible. I’m flexible. Lease ends July . However, you can renew your lease if you plan to stay longer.
