The good kind of boring

Looking for a quiet drama-free home for me and my kitties (very well kept ESAs. No worries about lease violations, I have a cat prescription, lmao). I'm clean and respectful of other people's space and only ask the same in return. Open communication is key to cohabitation. I'm equally weird and boring, but in generally non-offensive and entertaining ways. I don't bring shady crowds or foot traffic to the table...I don't have friends, I have cats (amazing, well-behaved cats that WILL want to be your friends, you've been warned). Fine with a background check... I've never crimed and like to show that off, lmao. Expect occasional incense smells during meditation and random brain to mouth filter failures. Oh, I've been single and celebate for 8 years running. I'm basically the world's most peculiar monk at this point (sans the annoying chanting). I work as an overnight clerk so asleep during the day, but I'm quiet when others are asleep and DON'T expect you to be. Don't tip toe, I can sleep through anything. I believe in budgeting, my bills early makes me feel like a real live grown up, and am looking for a household that can say the same. I don't care what kind of fun you have as long as you do it responsibly, but I'm not looking for a party house or roommates with serious substance issues...I want to feel safe leaving my stuff and cats at home while I'm working, ya know? Also, no nudists. That just gets weird quick.
