The rent is $ with utilities included.The house is big, well furnished and cozy.It is also very well located: minutes from UNCC, 3 minutes off minutes from minutes from minutes from the airport. It's right in between University and Concord Mills. We are really close to tons of bars, restaurants, a great coffee shop, the mall, groceries stores, and super centers(Walmart, Target etc).I'm looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and friendly. The room available is the biggest room in the house. (Bigger than the master but it’s a shared bathroom.) This room has a walk in closet, skylights and is about the size of standard rooms.

Picnic shelter with tables. Lovely interior walking trails and 2 access points to the Irish Buffalo Greenway. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property, inside or out. No night shift or remote work. We try to keep house running on similar schedules as possible. No overnight guests without prior request. No drugs! No drama!
