Looking for someone to take over an upstairs bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex. A male roommate currently occupies the downstairs bedroom and has his own separate bathroom. You will be renting one of the two upstairs bedrooms. House Perks:

Private driveway and 1-car garage.
Front yard and private fenced backyard.
Washer and dryer included, plus central AC. Rent: $600/month
