In our beautiful 3br apartment, youd have your own private wing and parking space included with, of course, full access to the living spaces such as the large balcony, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The room can be (basic) furnished or left empty.
Private master bedroom, with two big closets and a big private bathroom (full bath and shower with two sinks) in a luxury 3br apartment building centrally located near the 101 east washington blvd exit in Petaluma. Parking space included in the price.
The apartment complex is very secure, well managed, has a heated pool and hot tub, a gym, and a coworking lounge, a nature trail, and walking access to stores, cafes and major bus lines (buses are free in Petaluma!).
Your roommates: a single mother with two wellbehaved and delightful children who live here part time, and a cat and dog. All but the cat leave for much of the day during normal work hours (8a-5pm).
We are a lowtech house. We use nontoxic cleaning products and nonscented productsdecor.
Available now for short or long term rent. Price includes parking space.
