Looking for a roommate!

Beskrivelse

Private bedroom and private bathroom in a 4b/3b house of people in their 20's/30's, - $675 + utilities, looking to fill ASAP! On Georgia Ave in Wheaton. Good sized room with a closet and your own bathroom. Good natural light in the room. Youd have your own little corner in the house. Laundry in unit. Offstreet parking, great neighborhood with easy access to regional park w/ trails, <5 minute walk to grocery stores and a 20 minute walk to the local mall. This is a great place to live if want rent thats cheaper than DC, with a lot more room, but with easy access to all DC has to offer. Easy walk to Wheaton Metro, and there are bus stops on our block and across the street to take you to metro stations as well. Great landlord - Ive personally lived here for a few years and always had a great experience. Hoping to find someone responsible whod also enjoy a friendly, easygoing roommate dynamic. Besides respecting the space and eachother, you are welcome to have friendsfamily over, be loud til late and whatever makes you feel most comfortable and at home! My roommate and I are extremely laid back, you can usually find us sitting on our kitchen floor chatting at 1am. Please message me with a little about yourself! Please include what you do for workschool, your timeline for moving, interests and whatever else you think I need to know!:) **PLEASE reply with information about yourself and your timeline for moving in**
