Beautiful 1BR in Newport Beach

Beskrivelse

Hi, our names are Christen and Kelly and we are looking to split our apartment in beautiful Newport Beach! We live right off the beach and absolutely adore our spot. Seriously, cant beat the location! I work in fine dining and Kelly works in corporate. Our ideal roommate is someone who is in their late 20s - midlate 30s who works and has a social life outside of the home as well. We arent party people and like to keep our apartment a safe and clean space! The room is unfurnished and is available for $1575+ utilities. Move in ASAP! Let us know if you are interested!
