* Oneyear lease The home is arranged as a vertical duplex. I live upstairs, and theres a separate tenant in the basement apartment. A Little About Me: Im a professional in my 40s with a busy schedule, three friendly dogs, and a pretty relaxed home life. Im easygoing, friendly, and enjoy a peaceful home. I appreciate good conversation and laughter but also value independence and personal space. I spend some evenings at my boyfriends, so youll occasionally have the upstairs to yourself. If we become friends, wonderful! If not, thats perfectly fine too. We dont have to be best friends to be great roommates! Meet the Dogs! I have three friendly, housetrained dogs (one large and two small) who are very much part of the family. You dont have to be a huge dog lover, but you do need to be genuinely comfortable sharing a home with them. No additional pets, please. Home Environment: Im looking for someone responsible, considerate, and comfortable with a relatively quiet home. * Quiet hours are generally 10 PM–7 AM.
* Occasional overnight guests are fine with communication.
* No smoking or vaping indoors.
