The room will be available next week. (The room will be completely emptied) Its spacious, has a vaulted ceiling, attached bathroom & you will have access to garage parking space. A little about me: I work full time, Im clean, quiet & keep to myself. I travel often! I occupy the second master bedroom upstairs with my 6 year old son. My cousin lives downstairs, he works full time as well & is very quiet & also keeps to himself. Im looking for someone respectful, peaceful, that we can get along with so home feels like home. Hi! We Im renting my upstairs bedroom that has an attached bathroom in a beautiful quiet community of Santa Fe Village. a little about us: We are a household of 3; myself, my son and my friend. I live upstairs with my 5 year old son, the other roommate is downstairs in the downstairs bedroom. I work part time and travel frequently, the other occupant works full time. We are peaceful, friendly, clean & are looking for someone who will fit with us. Our community is located walking distance from the South Coast plaza mall. There are lots of good restaurants around, elementary & a high school is right around the corner. Message Julia God Bless
