I am looking for someone to move into my cozy two bedroom near Airport Station in East Boston. Available now! It is a less than 10 minute walk to the blue line and near several bus stops. There is onstreet resident parking. It has a dishwasher and is right across the street from a laundromat. It also has a builtin air conditioner that does a solid job of cooling the whole apartment in the summer months. Your room would come with a queensized bed and bed frame, a nightstand, and a spacious closet. The sticker price is $1172 a month plus utilities, but we may be willing to negotiate for the right candidate. You would be joining a lease that lasts until July 2027. About me: I am a queer South Asian person in my late twenties. I am a friendly nerd who loves coding, gaming, chess, and more.
