Parrish Rooms | All Bills Included

Beskrivelse

Hey, Im Wesley! I own a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Parrish and have two unfurnished rooms opening up in November. The larger room is $850/month, and the slightly smaller room is $795/month. Both include utilities, internet, and cable TV. The rooms share the guest bathroom with Ryan, who rents another bedroom. I live in the primary bedroom. Ryan and I are easygoing, friendly, and clean. Wed like to find roommates we get along with and can become friends with, while still respecting everyones space and downtime. My girlfriend stays over a few nights a week too—shes really friendly and easy to get along with. I also have two friendly smalltomedium dogs with a dog door leading to the fenced backyard, so being comfortable around dogs is important. Just let me know if youre interested or have any questions. We can set up a time for you to see the house and meet everyone.
