Fully Furnished 1 Bed - Grindstone

Beskrivelse

I’m currently looking to sublet my fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment at Grindstone Canyon from December or January through the end of the lease on July 25, 2027. Rent is $1,055 per month.
The apartment is on the top floor, so you won’t have to worry about loud upstairs neighbors. It also has a beautiful view overlooking a small forest and field. I’ve seen deer grazing and other wildlife in the area several times, especially in the mornings.
The location is very convenient. It’s only a 5-minute drive to the nearest Walmart, 9 minutes to Boone Health, 7 minutes to University Hospital, and about 8 minutes to the Mizzou Student Center. You can also take the convenient Mizzou shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The apartment complex also features a community pool and gym. The staff is extremely friendly and has always gone above and beyond to help.
Overall, it’s been a great place to live, especially with the convenient location, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to Mizzou.
