Furnished rooms for rent!

Beskrivelse

🏡 **Rooms for Rent – Spacious 3 Bed, 2 Bath Home with Private MIL Suite!** I currently live in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an attached mother-in-law (MIL) suite that has its own private entrance. Right now, it’s just me and one other roommate who is a travel nurse and will be leaving in November, so I’m looking for up to three new roommates! **Rent starts at $1,000 per month, which includes all utilities and internet!** I currently occupy the MIL suite because I enjoy having the extra space for my home office, but I’m completely open to moving into the main house if someone is interested in renting the suite. **Room Options & Pricing:**
- **$1,000/month:** Spacious private bedroom in the main house with a shared bathroom. All utilities and internet included. - **$1,900/month per person:** Ideally, I would love to find just one roommate to split the entire property with! This would give us both plenty of space and privacy without having to share the house with multiple people. However, I understand that may be outside some people's budgets, so I'm flexible and open to other arrangements. **Property Features:**
- Spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with attached MIL suite
- Large, fully fenced backyard
- Hot tub, outdoor grill, and patio for everyone to enjoy
- In-home washer and dryer
- Pet-friendly! I have a dog myself and would be open to one or two additional well-behaved dogs.
- Utilities and high-speed internet included in rent A little about me: I work night shifts in the emergency department and am currently in nursing school, so between work and school, I stay pretty busy! I'm hoping to find roommates who are respectful, clean, responsible, and easygoing. My current lease runs through March, and I fully intend to renew for another year, so I'm ideally looking for people interested in a stable living arrangement. I'm happy to provide additional pictures, answer any questions, or arrange an in-person tour for anyone interested!
