My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to take on her 1/3 of the lease and bills come November 1st. About the apartment: A town home in the Delco area 5 min walk from public transit. About 10m1n outside west Philly. Very lively and friendly neighborhood Rent would be about 667 (once the lease renews). And bills range from about 50-70 a month. We also all contribute 50 a month to a savings to buy things for the house (minor repairs, other services, maintenance fee from the landlord,etc.) There is a parking spot available that will no longer be in use once my roommate moves out. In unit washer and dryer.
No pets allowed per lease agreement. There is a garden in the back if you have a green thumb. About the roommates: Both nerdy femmes who mostly keep to ourselves. We try to keep shared spaces clean, but are not perfect. We have people over sometimes with prior notice given. 420 friendly. I work from home hybrid so the house is rather quiet during the day. Other roommate works over nights and is going to trade school. Shared spaces are furnished, pictures below are from before we all moved in.
