I am a quiet, reliable, middle-aged professional looking for a peaceful and friendly home. I work as a riding instructor and spend most of my days at the barn. I love my job and keep a very consistent, active schedule. I am also an online student, so I value a quiet, focused environment when I am home studying or unwinding with a good book. I am an early riser, financially stable, and bring a mature, respectful approach to shared living. My co-pilot is a sweet, quiet senior dog who comes to work with me every single day, so he won't be a disruption to the house. He loves people but does not get along with other animals. Because of this, I can't accommodate any other pets.
When I am not working or studying, I love to watch baseball, chat, and hang out with friends. I highly respect personal space and solo time, but I am always down for a warm conversation or sharing a laugh in the common areas.
