Hi! My name is Lily. I cannot see, as I do not pay for this app. You can [REDACTED]dy, and value a calm, low-key home. I am a writer, primarily introverted, and meditate regularly. I am seeking a room to rent closer to Woodland Hills than where I currently reside. I do not drive, I only take buses, and I am willing to travel further than a driver would imagine, just don’t want to be on the other end of the valley! Although I am able bodied, I require the assistance of my small, fully trained medical assist Service Dog who lives and works quietly by my side. (Thus, the reason I do not drive.) He is NOT an ESA. As stated, he is a trained Service Dog who I require for medical reasons. We both abide by all requirements as per the ADA with regard to Service Animals, so he is not a yappy barker or aggressive. He has successfully lived with other animals. A yard is not necessary. He is extremely well behaved and to most people’s surprise, quite calm. I can provide references for him, as well. I can provide a credit report from a reputable source, proof of financial security, and excellent references, both character and previous landlords.
