Private room for rent-900m0nthly

Beskrivelse

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 2 bath duplex starting in November. Rent + utilities would be $900/month total. I am renting a private room. Duplex is equipped with updated appliances along with the washer and dryer. A little about me: I’m in my early 20s, work full-time, and am pretty easygoing. I enjoy cooking, movies, having a cozy home, and getting out and doing things when I’m not working. I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable home rather than a big party house. I have one cat 🐈⬛ and am looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. You’d have your own bedroom and your own private bathroom. If you or someone you know might be interested, feel free to message me!
