Two options are available: a private bedroom or a furnished den. The bedroom is $1,800/month, and the den is $1,600/month. Prices are negotiable, and both options include utilities and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is mostly furnished and offers more privacy and space. The den is also mostly furnished and can be used as a bedroom and/or study space. The bathroom is shared, along with the kitchen and living areas. The building offers a range of amenities included with the rental, including a pool, gym, terrace, and entertainment/lounge rooms.
