Sharing my room for half rent.

Beskrivelse

Furnished room featuring a queen bed, closet, dresser, desk, desk lamp, and two TVs (32” and 50”). Includes windows overlooking the backyard and side of the house, with curtains for privacy and to keep the room dark. NO PETS OR KIDS! This offer is also for women only, as I don’t feel comfortable sharing my room with a man! Disclaimer since it wasn’t obvious already: I don’t want y’all, so please leave your egos at the door. My offer is legit, and is simply a way for me to pay less rent, while also helping someone else. Note: The household is 21+, and doesn’t allow pets or kids. I’m not just saying that because I want to. I’m putting this here for the people that think I can change that… Newsflash, IT IS MY LANDLORDS RULES!
