The place is located on a road called Clifton. Clifton is by Leopard. The neighborhood is very quiet. I have three bedrooms, two of which are already occupied. Water is included as well as electricity and Wi-Fi. You won't be needing much other than clothing. I have very nice dishes, a good fridge, filtered water, a washer and dryer, a bed frame that is set up with a new mattress. You will have a bathtub and your own bathroom. I also have a really nice TV. A. 77-in LG OLED TV. The house is well maintained and clean. The other two parties I find very pleasant. In the video the bed that I provide is not shown yet. However, it is set up. If needed, I can also provide dressers and drawers. If you want something with little commitment, this pace is amazing! You won't have to buy anything for yourself. All you need really are your own clothes etc.
