Welcome to our peaceful Mediterranean home! Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood where we’ve lived for over 30 years, our home is conveniently situated just minutes from 5 local hospitals—making it ideal for medical professionals—as well as nearby wineries, shopping centers, restaurants, downtown, and highway access. Occupants have full access to a well-equipped kitchen, a family room with a TV, and formal living and dining spaces. Outside, the serene backyard boasts a vibrant garden full of flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, along with cozy sitting areas perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after work. The private 2nd-floor bedroom has a sizable closet, comes fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, two nightstands, a small desk, and a fan. Just steps away on the 2nd floor is a semi-private bathroom shared with only one other roommate. We are looking for a responsible, single working professional who values a clean, quiet environment. To keep our living spaces fresh and completely pest-free, meals and snacks are enjoyed downstairs in the kitchen and dining area. We take pride in keeping a tidy home, with everyone taking care of their own room and rotating weekly bathroom cleaning. To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, this is a non-smoking, pet-free home with no overnight guests or heavy drinking.
Many of our guests come for a few months and end up staying for up to two years! We value open communication, mutual respect, and a calm home, and we look forward to welcoming a guest who will treat our space with care.
