3-Story, 4 Bed / 4 Bath Home in Redondo Beach – Less than 5 Minutes to the Beach The Room Standard bedroom with closet located on the 2nd/main floor of the home. You will have your own private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet located just outside of the bedroom The House 2nd/Main Floor: Large fully furnished kitchen, family room, sliding door to backyard, and the 4th bedroom 1st Floor: One bedroom and bathroom (occupied) 3rd Floor: Primary/master suite, located on the top (3rd) floor of our 4-bed, 4-bath home. An additional common living space for roommates, plus an enclosed stackable washer/dryer. There’s also a shared balcony on this level Two-car garage with ample storage space About Us You’ll be living with two easygoing roommates (myself and Leon). We’ve lived together for over three years and keep the home clean, comfortable, and respectful
—————————————————— ABOUT THE ROOMMATES We’re looking for someone in a similar stage of life (mid-20s to 30s) who is responsible, laid-back, clean, communicative, and respectful, but also enjoys having fun and being social. No gender preference We do have one dog in the house: Lucy, a well-trained 20 lb Boston Terrier. She loves to play but also knows how to relax and settle down Current Tenants Roommate #1 (33, Male) Works in commercial real estate and is in the office Monday–Friday from 8am–7pm. Big into the outdoors, surfing, snowboarding, biking, beach volleyball, and staying active Roommate #2 (33, Male) Engineer in the aerospace industry with a hybrid schedule (works from home part of the week). During the week he rock climbs and plays beach volleyball. In his free time he enjoys scuba diving, off-roading/camping, and traveling to catch solar eclipses House Dynamic We keep a rotating chore schedule to maintain a clean and organized home. We’re looking for someone who values a tidy space, communicates well, and keeps a consistent weekday routine (not regularly coming home very late on work nights)
