My wife and I are looking to rent the second bedroom in our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in North Arlington, located in the Waverly Hills/Cherrydale area, less than a mile from Ballston Quarter. The neighborhood offers a great combination of convenience and residential living. There’s a park with walking trails and a playground directly across the street, plus nearby bus service with convenient connections toward Ballston, Rosslyn, Clarendon, Washington, DC, Falls Church, and Route 66. You’ll also be close to plenty of neighborhood favorites and everyday essentials, including Starbucks, Chipotle, Arrowine & Cheese, Pastries by Randolph, Chez Colline, Compass Coffee, Metro 29 Diner, CVS, Walgreens, Virginia ABC, restaurants, grocery options, specialty shops, and other services. The bedroom has wood-look flooring, a private closet, a window A/C unit, and good natural light. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom would be shared with my wife and me.
