The neighborhood offers a great combination of convenience and residential living. Theres a park with walking trails and a playground directly across the street, plus nearby bus service with convenient connections toward Ballston, Rosslyn, Clarendon, Washington, DC, Falls Church, and Route 66. Youll also be close to plenty of neighborhood favorites and everyday essentials, including Starbucks, Chipotle, Arrowine & Cheese, Pastries by Randolph, Chez Colline, Compass Coffee, Metro 29 Diner, CVS, Walgreens, Virginia ABC, restaurants, grocery options, specialty shops, and other services. The bedroom has woodlook flooring, a private closet, a window AC unit, and good natural light. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom would be shared with my wife and me.
