2 rooms for rent with shared bathroom! 😊 $850 a month including utilities and wifi. Neighborhood is right off of Lake Mary blvd. walking distance from the Lake Mary sunrail. 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage, back porch, yard and chicken coup in the back if you would like to bring some chickens (I personally will not so you are welcome to use it). I like to keep to myself and not talk much so I really will just be working and staying in my room all day every day. The whole house will basically be yours including the garage and backyard. The living area will be fully furnished but the rooms will not be. You can decorate however you'd like, it'll be like I'm not even there. 😂 My bf who is legally blind will also be staying with me, he will never be around you alone though bc he needs my support to cook in the kitchen etc. He also minds his business and stays in our room like I do.
