The home is in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and public transportation. Rent is $1,200/month and includes utilities. You’ll also have access to the kitchen and laundry. Parking is available. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, respectful female roommate who is easygoing and considerate.
