Hi, my name is Lorenzo! I'm offering a private room in my family home. The room is in San Diego (Otay/San Ysidro area). The monthly rent is $1450 and the room is available on September 21. The room has it's own full bathroom with a kitchenette (electric cooktop, fridge and sink). The room has it's own entrance on the side of the house, no need to go through the main house. It comes furnished with bed/desk and TV unit (not pictured), as well as some kitchenware. All utilities included.
